Additionally, the spacious facility is perfectly suited for breaking in horses. With 33 stables in total Kariba Park is one of the most well equipped training stables in the region.

Kariba Park houses over 21 stables and 12 large undercover boxes for lease at our ideally located property. With long term leases or short term hire available and full accessibility to all facilities Kariba Park is suited to racehorse trainers.
Uniquely located on the Border town of Albury-Wodonga, we are just located just 150 meters from the Albury Racecourse with secure back access and a 10-minute drive to the Wodonga Racecourse. We also enjoy a super-connected location that boasts a 1min drive to the Hume Highway, and 5 minute drive to the Albury Airport which welcomes flights to and from all major capital cities including Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
